Changing the logon image in 11.1 Workspace

To change the logon image in Workspace

Edit the file logon_panel.gif. If you’re using Weblogic, you should find  it under:

D:\Hyperion\deployments\WebLogic9\servers\Workspace\
webapps\workspace_webservices\workspace\themes\theme_tadpole\images_global

This is especially useful in LB environments where you need to know which server you are connecting to.

Restart Workspace web and voila

TIP: To help find this file, go to d:\Hyperion and search on ‘logon_panel.gif’. It’s usually the second to last file in the returned results.
